- Deliver engaging one-on-one interventions centered on speech, language, fluency, voice modulation, and feeding practices.
- Partner with healthcare professionalsincluding physical therapists, occupational therapists, registered nurses, and physiciansalongside families to create integrated treatment strategies.
- Provide valuable education to patients and their families, empowering them to support their journey beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the clients experience.
- Ensure meticulous and timely documentation in line with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required for those not yet certified by ASHA.
Certifications
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist .
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
