Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract High School SLP Roles with Diverse Caseload - Illinois Soliant is partnering with a school district in Illinois to fill three full-time Speech-Language Pathologist positions. These roles support a mixed high school caseload, including students with autism, multi needs, and those in the general education population. The district is seeking dedicated clinicians who can manage varied support levels and collaborate within a team-focused environment. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to high school students across a diverse caseload Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student goals Develop treatment strategies tailored to autism spectrum, multi needs, and general education students Attend team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Illinois SLP licensure required Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong clinical judgment and adaptability across student needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Daily Hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm Caseload: 34-45 students Pay Range: $45-$55/hour Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this position, or any other positions you see on the Soliant Health website.
