This contractual position spans the entire school year, focusing on enhancing students' functional abilities to support their academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote participation in school activities. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary. Provide training and resources to staff and families to assist in the continuation of therapy goals. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing school-based therapy services. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid in Alabama. Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 levels.
