Position Responsibilities

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and design tailored therapy strategies to facilitate goal achievement

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside a diverse group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and their loved ones on therapy methods to reinforce continuous improvement outside the clinic
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring effective goal-related work

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
