Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and their caregivers about therapy practices to ensure consistent progress at home.
• Track and Assess Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continued education or post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
