Our Mobility and Communication team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mission-driven team! As an SLP at PROVAIL, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve greater independence and communication access. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of therapists and staff to support individuals of all ages in building skills and reaching their personal goals using AAC-based interventions. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week in-person position based at our Seattle headquarters, with only limited opportunities for remote work. About Us PROVAIL was founded in 1942 by parents of children with cerebral palsy. They created some of the first community services for individuals with cerebral palsy and other severe disabilities in the area. Our mission is to support people with disabilities to fulfill their life choices. We help people decide how they want to live their lives in the community and then provide the support services they need to act on those choices. We are one of the state's largest private, multi-service agencies dedicated to meeting the needs of children and adults with all types of disabilities. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - Health Care and Dependent Care Employee Assistance Program 104 hours paid vacation plus incremental increases based on years of service Twelve paid personal holidays 403(b) retirement plan Referral bonus program Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement Extensive paid training and professional development opportunities What you'll do: Conduct speech-language and augmentative communication (AAC) evaluations, reassessments, and plan modifications Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with defined short- and long-term goals Deliver direct therapy services based on evaluations and client-centered care plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation for evaluations, sessions, and medical equipment needs Demonstrate proficiency with AAC systems and assistive technology Provide consultation to schools, DVR, and other partners on AAC integration Collaborate with PROVAIL's interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and providers Consult with senior clinicians on complex cases Maintain professional ethics and boundaries in accordance with ASHA guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvements Promote and engage in ongoing learning around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) What you'll bring: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Washington State SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with low- to high-tech AAC systems Strong time management, documentation, and communication skills Proficiency with technology used for clinical documentation and remote support Reliable transportation and ability to drive for work including valid driver's license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.
