This full-time, contracted position spans the full school year and involves serving approximately 28 students, with a primary focus on one elementary school site housing 20 students. The role requires adaptability and a commitment to improving student outcomes through specialized therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to students across four different school sites. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving goals. Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional expertise to guide educational accommodations and support. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools to enhance student participation and independence in school activities. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license. Experience working with children in a school environment, preferably in a K-12 setting. Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills tailored to pediatric populations. Ability to manage multiple sites and maintain effective communication with staff and families. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
