Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract An opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and School SLP credentials is available within a K-12 educational setting. This full-time contract position is based in Butler, AL, serving a school environment from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade for the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, with case management responsibilities for 26 individuals. Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs. Provide therapy services to students ranging from PK through 12th grade. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports as required by educational and clinical standards. Qualifications: SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Valid School SLP credentials. Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting. Strong organizational and case management skills. Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team. : Full-time position requiring 32 to 40 hours per week. Contract duration aligned with the academic calendar: August 7th through May 22nd. Based in Butler, AL, serving a school district with a diverse student population.
