Location: Arlington, Tennessee (On-site, single school location) Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in Arlington, TN . This is a full-time, on-site position serving a secondary caseload (middle/high school) at one school location , providing consistency and support throughout the academic year. Responsibilities: Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy in alignment with students' IEPs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP development Collaborate with school staff, families, and special education teams Maintain accurate documentation and service records Support student communication needs in both academic and social contexts Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Tennessee SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred Comfortable working with a middle and/or high school population Strong communication and collaboration skills Must be available to work on-site throughout the school year Position Details: Full-time (approx. 37.5 hours/week) Single school site (no travel between schools) Secondary caseload (grades 6-12) Supportive school team and administrative structure Competitive compensation and optional benefits available Interview Availability:
