Qualifications: NYS Certification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Either:

Graduation from a regionally accredited or N.Y.S. registered four (4) year college with a Bachelor' s degree in Occupational Therapy; OR

Graduation from a regionally accredited or N.Y. S. registered four (4) year college with a Bachelor's degree in any field and completion of an approved post-graduate program in Occupational Therapy.
