Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students strengthen their speech and language abilities, building skills that support academic success and meaningful connections. Join a team that values collaboration and student progress.

Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate student needs, design therapy plans, and deliver interventions to address diverse communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and produce clear, actionable reports

• Develop and deliver therapy plans tailored to IEP goals

• Address articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs

• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students consistently

• Participate in IEP meetings to share insights and recommendations

• Keep accurate records that meet district and state compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Illinois SLP License

• IL PEL

• ASHA CCC highly preferred

• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday, school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (specifics determined by district priorities)
