Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate student needs, design therapy plans, and deliver interventions to address diverse communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and produce clear, actionable reports
Develop and deliver therapy plans tailored to IEP goals
Address articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students consistently
Participate in IEP meetings to share insights and recommendations
Keep accurate records that meet district and state compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Illinois SLP License
IL PEL
ASHA CCC highly preferred
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Position Details:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday, school hours
Caseload: K12 students (specifics determined by district priorities)
