Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students develop the essential communication skills needed for academic success and social connection. Join a team dedicated to empowering every learner.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will evaluate students, create targeted therapy plans, and provide interventions to address a range of speech and language needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive assessments and prepare clear, detailed reports
Develop and deliver therapy aligned with IEP objectives
Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic communication
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress
Participate in IEP meetings to share recommendations and updates
Keep thorough documentation in compliance with district and state standards
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois SLP License
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
ASHA CCC preferred
Prior school or pediatric experience a plus
Excellent collaboration, communication, and organization skills
Position Details:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours
Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
