We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at a unique campus setting in Morton Grove, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This part-time position is ideal for SLPs looking to supplement their current caseload or maintain a work-life balance while still making an impact.
Position Overview:
Location: Morton Grove, IL
Start Date End Date: August 2025 June 2026
Schedule: Approximately 10 hours/week
Caseload: Currently serving 7 students receiving speech and language services weekly
5 students in grades 56
2 students in grade 11
Caseload is expected to grow with enrollment throughout the year
Setting: One campus; no travel required
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Complete documentation, data tracking, and IEP reporting in a timely manner
Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Active Illinois SLP license
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to adjust to caseload growth
