Position Overview:
A supportive school district in Hometown, IL is looking to welcome two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 20252026 school year . These onsite roles focus primarily on serving students in elementary and middle school Autism programs .
Caseload Details:
Approx. 3540 students per SLP
Majority of students are part of specialized Autism programs
Elementary and middle school populations
Services delivered across a consistent weekly schedule
Qualifications:
Active Illinois SLP license
PEL (Professional Educator License) required
ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFs may be considered
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Must be comfortable working onsite for the duration of the school year
