This contract position spans the entire school year, providing essential speech and language services to help students achieve their communication goals. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with children in school settings, preferably across all K-12 grade levels. Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques relevant to pediatric populations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educators. Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining compliance with school and state regulations.
