This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and developing tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and improve patients' quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients of various ages to assess their needs and implement effective rehabilitation strategies. Duties Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies. Appropriate supervision of clinic aides and PTAs, in accordance with state law and clinic policy. Experience New grads welcome to apply! Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. A passion for patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Hours Hours/schedule open to discussion. Health Insurance: Health Insurance / Dental and Vision are included. Documentation: Our clinic implements HIPAA-compliant AI-generated SOAP notes, dramatically reducing documentation time. As a result, clinicians spend minimal time on documentation outside of patient sessions. Paid Time Off: Paid time off includes major holidays, along with 15 days per year for first-year employees, and an additional 3 bonus days off that can be utilized upon hire. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Current Oregon Physical Therapy License, in good standing.
