Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and a WI PT license or eligibility.

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Day shifts only
• Floating within the hospital may be required
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Travelers cannot live within a 60 mile radius of the facility; local travelers will not be considered
• Travelers may not work more than 52 weeks and must take a one-year break before returning
• Must participate in any natural disaster or emergency response activity as needed
• Compliance requires labs and DS appointment to be completed within 48 hours of signing
• COVID vaccine is not required for this assignment
• Only one holiday RTO request will be accepted if multiple holidays occur during the assignment

• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification from the AHA required
• Active WI PT license or pending license accepted (license required if applicable)
• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy required
• Submission of resume, transcript or diploma, and three references (two peers and one department chair) within one week of signing
• DOB and SSN required for credentialing application
