Mental Health Therapist

Duties

• As an LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions

• Implementing evidence-based interventions to address mental health concerns

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Advocating on clients' needs and rights

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• EMDR training.

• Crisis intervention and crisis management skills

• Experience working with children and adolescents (required)

• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery

• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills

• Must hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC

• Must have EMDR experience, Licensure in NC is required, Licensure in SC highly valued.

• Proficient in providing telehealth services. Experience working as a children and adolescents provider or willingness to do so.
