Occupational Therapist II: Per diem days, OP NMC/HMC

Job Description

Atlantic Health System is searching for a qualified Per Diem Occupational Therapist for their Inpatient Rehab Unit at Newton and Hackettstown Medical Centers. The Team member will be responsible for providing a full range of OT services including evaluation of patients and establishing an individualized plan of care. The OT will use evidence-based research according to standards of practice and techniques, set individualized, measurable, time oriented, functional goals. In addition, will document evaluations within establish time frames, use age-appropriate language and evaluation tools and techniques to establish a problem list.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited OT program as evidenced by a license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• American Heart Association BLS - preferred at time of hire, but must receive within 90 days of the date of hire if absent at time of offer.

Preferred:

• 0-5 years if Inpatient OT experience
