We're seeking an experienced speech-language pathologist to join our remote team, offering flexible work arrangements while maintaining the highest standards of therapeutic care and professional service delivery. Position Information This role involves serving approximately 48-58 students ranging from early elementary through high school, working 35.5 hours per week. You'll be part of a collaborative virtual team focused on supporting student communication development and academic success through innovative remote speech therapy services. Core Functions Administer comprehensive speech and language batteries through virtual assessment protocols
Interpret evaluation results and develop detailed therapeutic reports and recommendations
Provide virtual therapeutic interventions for students with various communication and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with virtual teaching teams to implement effective communication strategies across settings
Lead virtual conferences with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and home programs
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive student support services
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies over time through data collection
Ensure all documentation meets professional standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent graduate preparation
Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Nevada speech-language pathology license
Minimum 2 years of experience providing speech therapy in educational or clinical settings
Competency in standardized speech and language testing and assessment procedures
Experience with virtual or remote service delivery models strongly preferred
Strong clinical intervention and counseling skills adaptable to virtual formats
Excellent written communication abilities for report writing and professional documentation
Technical Infrastructure Dedicated workspace ensuring privacy and minimizing interruptions during therapy sessions
Robust internet connection capable of supporting multiple simultaneous video therapy sessions
Professional computer setup with current operating system and therapeutic software
High-quality audio/video equipment for optimal virtual communication and assessment accuracy
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and electronic health record systems
Clinical Specializations Preferred Autism spectrum disorders and social communication intervention
Childhood language disorders and narrative development
Articulation and phonological process disorders
Fluency disorders and stuttering intervention techniques
Augmentative and alternative communication system training and implementation
