This role focuses on supporting students from kindergarten through 7th grade, providing essential speech and language services tailored to the developmental needs of children. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group-based speech and language therapy to students in grades K-7. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant healthcare and educational regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student success. Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school or healthcare settings. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent practice experience. Strong understanding of educational systems and special education regulations. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
