We’re currently hiring a full-time LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults through one of our trusted California-based partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.

• Provide therapy to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity and SPMI, and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and schizophrenia.

• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more

• Setting: 100% Remote | California- based outpatient clinic

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (40 hrs/wk)

• Caseload: Average case load of 40-50 clients

• Appointments : 60-120 minutes for initial evaluations, 50 minutes for follow-up appointments

• Administrate Time: 1 hour daily

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Processional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Full-time availability ( 40 hours per week) during PST hours

• Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
