Position Type: VOCO / Teletherapy | Maternity Leave Coverage Job Overview: We are seeking a licensed and experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students at an elementary school in Tullahoma, Tennessee . This is a full-time, temporary position covering a maternity leave , with services beginning immediately and continuing through January . The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, tech-savvy SLP with previous experience in telepractice and a passion for working with young learners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services virtually to elementary-aged students Conduct virtual assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP development Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district guidelines Collaborate with onsite teachers, special educators, and families via video conferencing Participate in virtual IEP meetings and consultations as needed Use online platforms and tools to engage students in interactive learning Requirements: ? Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
? Active Tennessee SLP License (or ability to obtain quickly)
? ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
? Prior experience in school-based or pediatric teletherapy strongly preferred
? Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
?
