Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Newark, DE Area Location: Newark, DE area Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week Start Date: August 28, 2025 Soliant is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a specialized school program in the Newark, DE area for the 2025-2026 school year. This onsite role supports students ranging from 18 months to 22 years old, with a focus on individualized education plans (IEPs) in a bilingual Deaf and Hard of Hearing setting. Position Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Onsite only Work alongside a COTA and a part-time OT Caseload includes students aged 18 months to 22 years 100% IEP-based services Additional Requirements: Willingness to regularly use and develop American Sign Language (ASL) skills ASL education and support provided onsite (morning and evening options available) ASL competency is assessed regularly as part of the role Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Delaware OT license or eligibility Pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong collaboration and adaptability skills Experience or interest in working with Deaf/Hard of Hearing populations is a plus Benefits: Weekly W-2 pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match CEU reimbursement and professional development support How to Apply:
