• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with other professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses, to provide holistic and integrated patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their families on effective therapy methods to encourage continuous progress and engagement at home.
• Track and Monitor Progress: Keep accurate records of clinical outcomes and modify treatment as needed, ensuring patients remain on their path to success.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Continuous education or post-baccalaureate certifications embraced and encouraged

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is a must
