• Assess patients within inpatient and outpatient environments and craft personalized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy techniques focused on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home exercise regimens
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and progress following facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to facilitate coordinated care

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional certifications (e.g. in neurology or geriatrics) are a bonus but not mandatory

• Strongly preferred previous experience in the field
• Ability to treat a variety of patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation systems
