- Provide education to patients and families to bolster improvement efforts outside of therapy sessions.
- Support occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to maintain care continuity throughout patient treatment journeys.

Education
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if awaiting ASHA certification.
Certifications

- Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of starting employment.
