Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach therapy methodologies to patients and their families to encourage continuous improvement at home
• Document and Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, adapting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients moving forward

Educational Requirements

• Graduation with a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
