Job Responsibilities

• Custom Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and design personalized therapy strategies that facilitate their journey toward functional independence.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide complete and individualized care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems on therapeutic methodologies to ensure progress continues outside the clinical setting.
• Track Progress: Monitor and document patient developments, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to keep individuals aligned with their recovery goals.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education opportunities and advanced certifications strongly encouraged and supported.

Required Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
