  • Empower patients and their families through education, fostering progress outside of the clinical setting.
  • Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care transitions throughout the therapeutic journey.
  • Document precise and prompt patient information in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
  • Remain engaged with the latest field advancements through ongoing education and collaborative peer support.

Education

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA certified.

Certifications

  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
