We're seeking a skilled and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will support students' communication and language development, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and professionals to help students succeed academically and socially. Prior school-based experience is preferred. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster an inclusive learning environment Monitor and document student progress; adjust plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team Offer training and support to staff on speech and language topics Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team Benefits: Weekly W-2 pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match CEU reimbursement Opportunities for professional development and career growth How to Apply:
