We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services to students in Brentwood, CA . This is a part-time position (30 hours/week) serving students ranging from 9th grade to age 22 with a variety of needs. You'll work independently no COTA support to deliver direct services, assessments, and IEP-related interventions to help students access their educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on student progress and needs Travel within assigned sites (if applicable) in Brentwood Requirements: Active California Occupational Therapist license Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Prior experience working with students in special education Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently without COTA support Must be comfortable working with students ages 14-22 Preferred Qualifications: Previous school-based OT experience Familiarity with transition-aged youth (16-22) and their educational/functional needs Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus, but not required Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation Flexible daytime schedule Supportive school environment Opportunity for long-term placement or contract extension Work Setting:

This is an on-site , school-based position in Brentwood, CA , serving high school and transition-aged students. Reliable transportation is required if working across multiple campuses. Compensation for this position ranges from $55 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
