This position focuses on addressing speech improvement needs within a diverse school environment, providing essential services to help students thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of a caseload of approximately 15 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor student progress and ensure that appropriate interventions are in place. Remain updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting. Strong teletherapy skills and comfort with digital treatment tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and families. Flexibility to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
