• Inform patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and at-home exercises

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from a recognized institution

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurological or geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory

• Prior experience is highly preferred
