This role focuses on providing therapeutic interventions to enhance students' functional abilities and participation in academic activities. Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess students' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP discussions as needed. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings. Knowledge of K-12 educational frameworks and special education requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt therapy strategies to diverse student needs. Commitment to supporting student independence and success.
