This role requires dedication to supporting students' functional development through targeted therapy services within a full semester contract. The position offers a structured schedule with 37.5 hours per week, allowing consistent engagement with the student caseload. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for approximately 50 students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation. Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance students' fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational and therapy standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational goals. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state credentials. Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students. Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and IEP processes. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and engage students in therapeutic activities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
