This contract position spans the natural school year and focuses on providing essential speech and language services to a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at achieving specific speech and language objectives Accurately monitor and document each student's progress throughout treatment Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care strategies Engage parents and caregivers by providing education and involving them in the therapy process Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Additional Requirements: Active licensure approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in Washington Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology This position offers comprehensive support including access to an experienced advisory team of SLPs in your state, designed to foster your professional growth while empowering you to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development.
