• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping individuals achieve their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy methods to sustain progress in their own environment.
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to success.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and additional certifications are encouraged and supported

• Active, state-issued Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification required
