We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Speech-Language , Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based contract position in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for professionals looking to combine their love of travel with their commitment to helping students succeed. As a travel SLP, you'll provide direct and consultative speech/language services to a diverse caseload of students, collaborate with school staff and families, and support each student's communication and academic growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, special educators, and administrators Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required Adapt therapy plans to meet students' unique needs in a school environment Travel to/from assigned school(s) or districts as needed Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred (CFs may be considered) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with students and staff Strong communication and organizational skills Perks of the Position: Competitive weekly compensation and travel stipends Housing assistance or tax-free per diem (if applicable) Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) options Professional support from an experienced clinical team
