Multiple openings are available across elementary, middle, high school, and K-12 campuses , based on experience and preference. : Full-time, school-based position Contracted for the 2025-2026 school year On-site only Weekly paychecks through Soliant United Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) Dedicated recruiter support from start to finish Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services as outlined in IEPs Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with school staff and families Maintain service logs and progress documentation Participate in IEP meetings and support plan development Address speech-language needs including articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered Previous school experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation: Hourly Rate: $43 - $53 per hour (based on experience) To apply or learn more, contact: Charles Henderson
