This role will support K-12 students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs, helping them succeed academically and socially. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student Provide direct and consultative therapy services Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to ensure student success Qualifications Active Maryland SLP License Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification (or eligibility to obtain) Prior school or pediatric experience preferred (not required) Strong teamwork and communication skills Position Details Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week, 7-hour days) | Part-time opportunities may also be available Caseload: K-12 Setting: Onsite only Start Date: 2025-2026 school year Pay Rate: $50-56/hour (commensurate with experience) Important Notice Only candidates who meet the above licensure and certification requirements will be considered.
