Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care to children in Anchorage, Alaska . This role focuses on assessing, developing, and implementing therapy plans that promote functional independence in daily activities, including motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Job Duties:

• Conduct evaluations to assess fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall functional development
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to improve coordination, motor planning, sensory integration, and adaptive skills.
• Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Alaska Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L).
• Preferably 1-2 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience, but new graduates with strong clinical skills will be considered.
