A certified Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for an elementary school setting in Arlington, TX, to support the communication development of students during the current school year in a contract position. This role focuses on delivering specialized therapeutic services designed to enhance speech and language skills in a diverse student population.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - School)
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine eligibility and progress
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
