Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based job in the Oakland, California area for the upcoming 20252026 school year . • Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based

• Location : Oakland, CA and nearby areas

• Schedule : Full-Time (35 hours per week)

• Caseload : K8 | Up to 44 students | RSP and speech-only caseload

• Start Date : Start of 20252026 academic year

• Contract : W-2 contract for the full school year

• Active California SLP License (Required)

  • CTC credential is a plus

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Bachelors Degree required for SLPA applicants

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with SEIS is a bonus

• Dedicated 1:1 Recruiter Support from application to end of contract

• Weekly direct deposit with competitive, experience-based pay

Compensation:

• SLP Pay Range : $50$62 per hour

• SLPA Pay Range : $40$50 per hour

• Benefits may include healthcare, housing stipend , and meal/incidentals allowance
