Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting school-based job opportunity near Fremont, California for the upcoming 20252026 academic year . This position is ideal for licensed SLPs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of K12 students by providing high-quality speech and language therapy services in a supportive and inclusive educational environment.

• Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Fremont, CA and nearby communities

• Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours/week)

• Caseload: K12 (varies by assignment, K5 may be available)

• Start Date: Start of the 20252026 school year

• Contract: W-2, full academic year

• Active California Speech Language Pathology license

• CTC Certification preferred, but not required

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Prior experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred, but new grads are welcome!

• Dedicated one-on-one support from an experienced recruiter

• Access to school-based clinical experts for guidance and resources

• Weekly direct deposit with competitive compensation based on experience and district rates

• Pay range: $50$62 per hour

• Eligible candidates may also qualify for healthcare benefits , housing stipends , and meals/incidentals reimbursement
