School-Based SLP Smithfield, North Carolina

A full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year (CSY) in a K-12 educational setting located in Smithfield, NC. This contracted role requires a licensed SLP holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification with CCC credential
• Experience working with students across the K-12 grade levels
• Ability to perform assessments and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
• Skilled in implementing evidence-based interventions for a wide range of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and educational staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and participate in meetings related to students' educational planning

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
• In-person attendance required throughout the school year
