School Speech Language Pathologist - Hayward, California

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available for a contracted leave of absence covering one semester. This onsite role serves K-12 students, providing essential speech and language therapy within a dynamic educational setting located in Hayward, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation to track student improvement and compliance with state standards
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current on best practices and enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid California Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 caseloads in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students and stakeholders
