A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist to support students from PreK through age 22 within a K-12 school setting located in Naperville, IL. This contract position offers a three-day per week schedule for the upcoming school year, with a start date as soon as possible. The role involves itinerant services, providing therapy across various school sites to meet the diverse needs of the student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to students' individual needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate students across a broad age range, from PreK through 22 years old.
• Provide support and training to staff and caregivers as needed to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work itinerantly and manage a flexible schedule.
