Job Description
  • Devise Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate customized therapy strategies to assist them in achieving their functional objectives
  • Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
  • Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and their families on therapy techniques to promote ongoing recovery at home
  • Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the right path
Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
