Hours & Schedule
Full-time position
Consistent daytime schedule aligned with school hours
Follows the school district's academic calendar

Qualifications
Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field (Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders preferred)
Successful completion of national certification for SLPAs or state licensure/certification (per state regulations for school-based practice)
Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
Knowledge of speech and language development
Strong communication and collaboration skills to support students, teachers, and supervising SLPs
Responsibilities
Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy interventions for students with speech and language disorders
Provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision, reinforcing strategies to improve communication skills in individual and group settings
Monitor and document student progress, reporting changes or concerns to the supervising SLP
Support teachers and staff in integrating speech and language goals into classroom activities
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional guidelines
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in speech-language pathology
